About the event
After an amazing park yoga on Sunday, I’m making the most of the mini heatwave to bring back sunset park yoga!
On Friday, I will once again run a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! This week we will be making the five minute walk to the river for post yoga sunset food and drinks! This really is the perfect picnic spot with views of Tower Bridge and the city, turning even Londoners into tourists!
Places are limited to maintain the intimate feeling of the class, so get your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment! I look forwards to seeing you soon!
