Jamie Rylett is ...
A yoga teacher, personal trainer and self development coach who aims to inspire people to make positive changes to their lives. Having made his own transformation from an overweight, depressed sales executive with no goals or direction, he is passionate about empowering people to make the positive changes they seek in their life.
Yoga
In 2014, a frequently occurring co-incidence lead to Jamie discovering Bikram Yoga. He quickly became aware of yoga's ability to correct physical imbalances, reduce pain and restore range of motion, not to mention the mental clarity and calmness it provides.

Inspired to explore the art further, Jamie headed to India to complete his 200 TTC. This began the cycle of continuous development, Numerous trainings with teachers including Bernice Clark, Adam Husler and Jill Miller followed, plus Jamie completed Jason Crandell's 300-hour advanced training (twice!).

Jamie specialises in Vinyasa Flow and Yin. His classes are educational, playful, functional and adaptable to the individual student’s needs. As a former DJ, you can always guarantee that Jamie has spent far too long preparing the accompanying playlist!
Personal Training
Jamie started visiting gyms as soon as he was old enough to be allowed in! However, it was during COVID that he started to take a strong interest in the science behind training. This lead to Jamie completing the highly regarded YMCA Level 3 Personal Training course in London. Continuous development training in bodybuilding is now a daily practice as Jamie constantly works on developing a holistic, sustainable approach to body composition.

Jamie believes that the best workout is the one that you actually do! With this in mind, he tailors programs to the client needs, which includes ensuring they enjoy their training!
Personal Development Coaching
Jamie has consumed over 100 personal development books, plus completed several online courses with Tony Robbins. He started using this information to teach workshops at Yoga Evolved Festivals. He has made these workshops a key part of his global retreats. Jamie has also delivered two lectures on mindfulness at ESCP Business School in London.

Jamie believes that this knowledge was the key to transforming his own life, and is now working to make it more accessible to everyone through workshops, articles, podcasts and videos.
