Yoga Party Class!

The January party class was so much fun we're doing it again!

This evening is going to follow the same now tried and tested structure! Expect a fun and playful flow incorporating some new things you may not have seen before, and some things you won't see in public classes! The longer class provides the opportunity to play with poses whilst also allowing time for some well earned restorative time.

The class will be followed by the usual post yoga food and drinks, a rare chance to connect socially with your fellow yogis.

The studio is ideally located by Tower Bridge, so we have many options for the post yoga refuel (although I’ll most likely still order exactly the same thing from the Chinese takeaway!)

The party classes often sell out, so book ASAP to secure your space!
