Yoga Party Class!

It's been a great start to 2025 for Yoga Evolved with the Make Yoga Fun Again! fundraiser. Expect more fun as I bring you the first party class of 2025!

This evening is going to follow the now tried and tested structure! Expect a fun and playful flow incorporating some new things you won't have seen before, and some things you won't see in public classes! The longer class provides more time to break down and experiment with difficult poses and challenging transitions in a workshop like manner.

We will end with some lush restorative poses, followed by the usual post yoga food and drinks, a rare chance to connect socially with your fellow yogis.

The studio is ideally located by Tower Bridge, so we many options for the post yoga refuel (although I’ll most likely still order excatly the same thing from the Chinese takeaway!)
