Yoga Party Class!

2024 has been an amazing year for Yoga Evolved! We’ve had so many fun events bringing together some great people, and this end of year celebration will be more of the same!

This evening is going to follow the now tried and tested structure! Expect a fun and playful flow incorporating some new things you won't have seen before, and some things you won't see in public classes! The longer class provides more time to break down and experiment with difficult poses and challenging transitions in a workshop like manner.

We will end with some lush restorative poses, followed by the usual post yoga food and drinks, a rare chance to connect socially with your fellow yogis.

The studio is ideally located by Tower Bridge, so we many options for the post yoga refuel (although I’ll most likely still back to the Chinese & cookie combo!). We also have …
