Yoga Party Class!

Its always sad when park yoga closes for the year, but the good news is that the party classes are back! Our return class was amazing! As always, we have a great group of people, a fun flow and some fantastic food. I’m excited to do it all again!

The next event is going to be on a Saturday evening. Hopefully this ensures no-one will be get caught at work and miss the class. Other than that, this event is going to follow the same unbeatable structure! Expect a fun and playful flow incorporating some new things you won't have seen before, and some things you won't see in public classes! We also have longer to break down and experiment with difficult poses and challenging transitions in a workshop like manner.
