Yoga in the Park & Maltby Street Market!

Evening park yoga is back!  After a couple of weeks away after surgery, I'm excited to return to teaching in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures.  

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will be making the short walk to the river for sunset drinks.  Due to distancing measures places are limited, so get your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment!  I look forwards to seeing you soon!
