Yoga in the Park & Maltby Street Market!

My favourite class is back!  After rain stopped play last week, this  Sunday I am back to run another small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures.  

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will be making the short walk to Maltby Street Market.  Here we will have the choice of some amazing street food from around the world, excellent coffee and maybe even a visit to the gin distillery for a G&T, or two.  Well it is Bank Holiday weekend!

Due to distancing measures places are limited, so get your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment!  I look forwards to seeing you soon!
