Yoga in the Park and Coffee & Cakes!

After a long break due to contious bad weather (#britishsummer), I'm excited to return to teaching in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures.  

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will be making the short walk to the river for amazing coffee and even better cakes curtesy of NoNo's!
