Yoga Evolved vs New Motion Fitness - Twisted Union

 

After the success of our recent collaborations with boutique fitness brand New Motion Fitness, we have decided to team up one more time for another day of yoga, fitness, dance and all round positive vibes!   This event will be held in the infamous Fire nightclub in Vauxhall, giving us access to unrivaled lighting and sound systems. which we will be making full use of throughout the event!

We are always looking to provide you with interesting new yoga styles to try and this event is no different. We will be bringing you a full day of classes and workshops with some of London's best yoga and fitness teachers providing an array of unique classes exclusive to this event.  The line up for the event is as follows:

Yoga Evolved:

11:00 - Doors Open

11:30 - Acro Yoga

12:45 - Inversion Workshop

13:45 - Lunch

14:45 - Crash Course : Preventing Yoga Injuries

15:30 - Vinyasa

16:45 - Rocket

18:00 - Gin Yin

New Motion Fitness:

11:30 - Voga

12:45 - Dance Flow

15:30 - Rave Fit

16:45 - 80's Aerobics

18:00 - Yoga Nidra

The ticket price includes all yoga workshops, classes and New Motion Fitness classes.  We never oversell these events to ensure that attendees have the opportunity to do the classes they want without having to reserve a space in advance. 

Attendees are always surprised by how reasonably priced the tickets are for Yoga Evolved festivals and by the incredibly welcoming atmosphere we provide. People leave not only with a sense of openness and positivity, but also with new friends who share the same values and interests, you really can’t put a price on that! 

As the event is being held on a Saturday it will be followed by a social event at the excellent Fire Club garden bar (don't worry they have covered booths and heat lamps!).
