Sunset Park Yoga Social Returns!

Dream weather predicted for park yoga on Friday! Highs of 30c during the day! But should be the perfect temperature to practice in the evening, so I’m expecting this will be a good one!

The evening will follow the usual tried and tested script. I will guide you through a fun, creative flow into some relaxing yin poses. These practices are such a different experiece to the usual London studio classes. Practicing with the sun on your face, looking at the clouds as the birds sing is a million miles away from a cramped, dark studio. Plus the small group ensures that the class can be more personal and shaped around the people who show up.
