Sunset Park Yoga Social Returns!

I'm so happy to be bringing sunset park yoga back! After months of cold, dark nights, Friday's weather finally gives us chance to have the perfect end of the week session!

I will guide you through a fun, creative flow into some relaxing yin poses. These practices are such a different experiece to the usual London studio classes. Practicing with the sun on your face, looking at the clouds as the birds sing is a million miles away from a cramped, dark studio. Plus the small group ensures that the class can be more personal and shaped around the people who show up.

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  We will be making the five minute walk to the river for post yoga sunset food and drinks! This really is the perfect picnic spot with views of Tower Bridge and the city, turnin…
