Sunday Morning Park Yoga

It’s going to be perfect park yoga weather on Sunday so had to schedule another session!

The structure is the same, I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.  This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  It really is the perfect way to start your day!

This week for the first time in the history of park yoga, I won’t be able to stay long for the post yoga social. I’ll still lead everyone on the short walk to Canada Water street food market, but will have to rush off after coffee to for a family lunch.
