Sunday Morning Park Yoga

My favourite weekend class is back!  I am once again running small group classes in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  It really is the perfect way to start your Sunday!  

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  This week we will be making the short walk to the Canada Water street food market for a great choice of food and drinks to consume by the dock.

Places are limited to maintain the intimate feeling of the class, so get your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment!  I look forwards to seeing you soon!
