Special Park Yoga & Street Food!

This is a special park yoga class as it was requested by my Mexico retreat partner, Shea!  She is visiting London with Shanelly, who attended both of my retreats in Isla Mujeres.  One of the things they want to do most in London is park yoga and street food!  And who can blame them?!  It's the ultimate Sunday activity!  

This week wil be an especially fun class, ending with the traditional after class social!  We will once again be making the short walk to the famous Maltby Street street food market for the post yoga refuel. Here we have an amazing choice of street food from around the world, great coffee, delicious cakes and even locally produced Gin & Tonics. After a week away from Greek food and lemon meringue cake, I might be back on that again next week, but there really is so much choice I might experiment again.  If you've never been to this market I highly recommend it!
