Pre Lockdown Party in the Park! - Vinyasa to Yin

As the country prepares to go back into lockdown, we are going to make the most of our last day of freedom with an afternoon park yoga class.  The weather is forecast to be sunny, which is not just perfect for yoga, but also for outdoor drinks afterwards!

Due to the social distancing rules, this will be a small group class with limited places available.  Jamie Rylett will take us on a 75 minute journey from Yang to Yin, then the optional social starts.  This will definitely involve drinks, and potentially food too.  This is very likely to be the last park class of 2020, so hopefully see you there!
