Park Yoga & Sunset Riverside Drinks

Evening park yoga returns!  We are making the most of this rare window of amazing weather with an evening of yoga and sunset drinks! I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures, all in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. 

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will make the short walk to the river for sunset drinks.  I’m not going to even try and predict what food we will get! It could be pizza, a picnic from Sainsburys or Vietnamese food from an excellent place we tried a couple of weeks ago, or maybe something completely different! I’ll let the group decide!
