Park Yoga & Sunset Riverside Drinks

Evening park yoga returns!  With a warm Wednesday evening scheduled for this week it seems like the perfect occasion for an evening of yoga and sunset drinks! I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures, all in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. 

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will make the short walk to the river for sunset drinks.  We will call in at Sainsburys enroute and hopefully recreate the delicious picnic's from our our evening classes last year!
