Park Yoga Sundays are back!!

My favourite class is back!  I am once again running small group classes in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  It really is the perfect way to start your Sunday!

It will be nice to be back practicing in the sun again after what seems like forever!  And of course the traditional post class social is back too!  This week we will by heading to a local coffee shop close to the river for amazing coffee and even better cakes! (I recommend the cinnamon swirl).

Places are limited to maintain the intimate feeling of the class, so get your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment!  I look forwards to seeing you soon!
