Park Yoga & Street Food Returns!

Celebrate the end of this unseasonably bad weather with the return of park yoga and street food on Saturday!

I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.  This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  We’ll again be making the short walk to the amazing Canada Water street food market. There’s so much good food here nowadays it’s getting so hard to chose! Though definitely açai for dessert…

If you've never tried park yoga it really is an experience.  Practicing in the sun amongst the trees to the sounds of birds is just a different feeling to a studio class.  Plus we always have the welcome possibility of dogs visiting us throughout the class!  Something sadly lacking in studios.
