The return of the sun for the weekend means one thing, park yoga is back!
I'll once again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your day!
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! We'll make the short walk to Canada Water street food market for a selection of amazing food and great coffee by the dock. This market and whole area has improved so much since last summer, so looking forwards to getting down there again on Sunday!
If you've never tried park yoga it really is an awesome experience. Practicing in the sun amongst the trees to the sounds of birds is just a different feeling to a studio class. Plus…
