The amazing March weather this weekend means an early start for the 9th year of park yoga!
I'll once again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your day!
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! We'll make the short walk to Canada Water street food market for a selection of amazing food and great coffee by the dock. I'm just hoping the paella stand is still there!
