Park Yoga & Street Food

Last week's park yoga class was so perfect I can't wait to do it again! Luckily there's not long to wait as we are back again on Sunday!

I'll be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  It really is the perfect way to start your Sunday!

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  This week we will be making the short walk to the famous Maltby Street street food market for the post yoga refuel. Here we have an amazing choice of street food from around the world, great coffee, delicious cakes and even locally produced Gin & Tonics. I'll definitely be back at the cake stand, but it may be time to finally move away from moussaka, for…
