Park Yoga & Street Food

We are into the last month of park yoga classes. Each one could be the last of 2025, it all depends on the weather. It looks good for Saturday so park yoga returns! I’ve missed these classes!

I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.  This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  We’ll again be making the short walk to the amazing Canada Water street food market. There’s so much good food here nowadays it’s getting so hard to chose! Though definitely açai for dessert…
