We’re making the most of the return of the great weather after the storms with another Sunday session!
II'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your day!
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! We’ll make the now regular short walk to Canada Water street food market. This has an amazing selection of food and a great coffee shop we’ll sit outside of. This offers great coffee and cakes whilst taking in the views across the dock. I guess I’ll be going for the usual burrito and açai bowl combo, but there’s so many great options here!
