The ultimate chilled Sunday social is back! Park yoga in the sun, amazing street food and great coffee, what could be better?
The event structure is the same, I'll be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your day!
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! We’ll make the short walk to Canada Water Street Food market which now has a terrific selection of food, which much to my delight now includes açai! We’ll eat this outside a lovely coffee shop by the dock. It really is a great way to start a Sunday afternoon!
