I'm going back to the old skool this week, as park yoga will be on Saturday morning! Just how it was when I started 8 years ago!
The structure is the same, I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your day!
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! This week we'll make the short walk to Canada Water street food market. This place has so many great food options, plus a fantastic coffee shop by the dock, perfect for the post yoga social.
If you've never tried park yoga it really is an experience. Practicing in the sun amongst the trees to the sounds of birds is just a different feeling…
