After a week of rain, park yoga returns to give you another great reason to get outside and get some vitamin D!
I'll be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your Sunday!
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! This week we will be making the short walk to the famous Maltby Street street food market for the post yoga refuel. Here we have an amazing choice of street food from around the world, great coffee, delicious cakes and even locally produced Gin & Tonics. I will be continuing my quest to find the best stand and the best cake! I might finally have to test out the Eithopean food this week.
