Park Yoga & Amazing Street Food!

I thought it might be the end of park yoga for 2024, but the weather forecast has changed, so we continue!

I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.  This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  It really is the perfect way to start your day!

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  This week we'll again make the short walk to Canada Water street food market.  I'm getting obsessed with the BBQ burritos there, plus the coffee shop by the water is excellent.  

If you've never tried park yoga it really is an experience.  Practicing in the sun amongst the trees to the sounds of birds is just a different feeling to a studio class.  Plus we always have the welcome possibility of dogs visiting us throughout the class!  Something sadly lacking in studios.

Places are limited to maintain the intimate feeling of the class, so book your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment!  Hope to see you there!
