Park Yoga & Amazing Street Food!

Ity looks like we have another weekend of perfect park yoga weather before the rain returns, so I'll be making the most of it again!  I'll be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.  This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  It really is the perfect way to start your Sunday!

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  This week we will be making the short walk to the famous Maltby Street street food market for the post yoga refuel. Here we have an amazing choice of street food from around the world, great coffee, delicious cakes and even locally produced Gin & Tonics. I will be continuing my quest to find the best stand and the best cake!  Last weeks burrito and blueberry cheesecake were both excellent so…
