Make Yoga Fun Again!

I have once again teamed up with the legendary David Sye to create the ultimate charity yoga event! Join us for an evening of fun creative workshops, and the chance to social with likeminded people, all whilst raising money for a worthy cause.

I will be starting the evening with a condensed version of my highly rated 'Make Yoga Fun Again' workshop. This is a playful practice with an emphasis on trying new things and most importantly having fun! We will explore:

• New entries to classic poses

• Unusual pose variations you may not of seen before

• A structured approach to creating your own poses! (Feel free to give them a random animal name!)
