This summer has been amazing for sunset park yoga, but with the recent rain I feared the Friday sessions were over for 2025. However, this Friday it will be 24c, so the perfect chance to get in one more session to close out a fantastic summer!
I will once again run a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! We will be making the five minute walk to the river for post yoga sunset food and drinks! This really is the perfect picnic spot with views of Tower Bridge and the city, turning even Londoners into tourists!
