Last Park Yoga of 2026!

2026 has been the year with the best park yoga weather to date, but now the weather is changing it’s time for it to come to a close. Saturday should be 23c and sunny, so the perfect weather for the last session of the year!

I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.  This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses.  

Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social!  We’ll again be making the short walk to the amazing Canada Water street food market. There’s so much good food here nowadays it’s getting so hard to chose! Though definitely açai for dessert…
