Last Park Yoga of 2021?

After a short break to work on other events, I'm excited to return to teaching in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park.   I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures.  This will be the last September Sunday, I wonder how many more parkl classes we can do this year? 

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will be making the short walk to the river for amazing coffee and even better cakes curtesy of NoNo's!
