Last Park Yoga of 2020? - Vinyasa to Yin

With the ongoing pandemic, not everyone is ready to return to the studio, so its nice that the weather is taking a break from contant rain to allow us to unexpectedly put on a class this Saturday!  Due to the social distancing rules, this will be a small group class with limited places available.  Jamie Rylett will take us on a 75 minute journey from Yang to Yin, plus they'll be the usual option of grabbing a drink outside somewhere afterwards.   This could be the last park class of 2020, so hopefully see you there!
