Last Friday Night Party Class!

Due to popular demand, there is going to be one more Friday evening party class this month! 

This event is going to follow the same unbeatable structure!  Expect a fun and playful flow incorporating some new things you won't have seen before, and some things you won't see in public classes!  We also have longer to break down and experiment with difficult poses and challenging transitions in a workshop like manner.

We will end with some lush restorative poses, followed by the usual post yoga food and drinks, a rare chance to connect socially with your fellow yogis. 

The studio is ideally located by Tower Bridge, so we many options for the post yoga refuel (although I'm sticking with the Chinese & cookie combo!).  We also have a host of potential venues to visit after class should anyone fancy heading out.  

The last event sold out a week in advance and had a waiting list, I'm expecting the same again! Especially as this is the last one!.  So don't miss out! Get your ticket ASAP!
