It’s Back! Park Yoga & Sunset Riverside Drinks

Evening park yoga returns!  I thought we may be finished for this year, but the good weather persists, so hopefully we can get a couple more in!

I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin postures, all in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. 

As has become tradition, we will have the usual post class social.  This week we will make the short walk to the river for sunset drinks.  I predict the plan will be amazing food from the local Vietnamese takeaway, washed down with drinks from Sainsburys, but as always, I’ll let the group decide!
