The end of summer park yoga party is finally here! Â I am running another small group classe in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. Â Â I'll be taking you on a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. Â It really is the perfect way to start your Sunday! Â
Of course it wouldn't be park yoga without the traditional after class social! Â This week we will be going back to the old skool park yoga days and heading to Maltby Street Market for a selection of amazing food and great coffee. We also have the option of a Gin & Tonic in the Jensens Gin Distillery, highly recommended!
