Bonus Park Yoga! Vinyasa to Yin

As regulars to the class will know, Jamie has been travelling for the past week, but he's back in London on Sunday, which means we can make the most of the mini heatwave with another yoga in the park session!

 Due to the social distancing rules, this will be a small group class with limited places available.  Jamie will take us on a 75 minute journey from Yang to Yin which will be a a fusion of all the main things we have worked on this summer.  Plus they'll be the usual option of grabbing cake and coffee afterwards, which alone is reason enough to attend!
