Bonus Park Yoga! Vinyasa to Yin

As regulars to the class will know, Jamie was due to be heading to Lisbon this Sunday, potentially signalling the end of park yoga for 2020.  But, with Portugal now being added to the quaratine list, Jamie is still in London and making the most of the mini heatwave to bring us more yoga in the park!

 Due to the social distancing rules, this will be a small group class with limited places available.  Jamie will take us on a 75 minute journey from Yang to Yin which will be a a fusion of all the main things we have worked on this summer.  Plus they'll be the usual option of grabbing cake and coffee afterwards, alone reason enough to attend!
